First Impressions
VISUAL: Ed is short and looks to be somewhere in his early to mid teens. He wears his clothing properly, tucking in his shirt if the outfit warrants it, but leaving it untucked if it's casual wear like t-shirts.
AURAL: Ed is a puppy, and I mean that in that everything he says seems sincere and unfiltered. He wears his emotions very much on his sleeve, and his upfront and energetic manner of speaking makes it obvious when he is or isn't interested in a subject. (He's almost always 'interested.')
OLFACTORY: He smells a little bit like a library--books, dust, and a hint of whatever cleaning agent he's using.
DEMEANOR: He has almost no poker face. If he's feeling it, it's pretty obvious on his face or by what he says. He tends to slouch and if intimidated or somehow embarrassed will avoid eye contact.
IC Permissions
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: OKAY. He'll get awkward if you hug him or anything beyond hugging, but any other friendly gestures he's fine with.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: He's a shonen character, kicking him in the teeth is like saying hi half the time.
RELATIONSHIPS: He's as dense as a rock, but he's not against the idea of relationships.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: He has no special defenses against psychic powers at this time, but if he finds out you're going to get all sorts of questions about everything. His mind is super easy to read, but he's got an absurd amount of willpower so trying to force him to do anything that's against his nature is... difficult.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: He's a ridiculous wizard who carries the seal of magic itself in his shoulder. If you're looking at him in his natural environment, it's like looking into a sun. In crosscheck it's not anything like that, but his magical signature is like a mixture of elements dissolved in a large amount of water. Like a fruitcake of elemental magic.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: He's more athletic than you'd expect for a mage, since he does a lot of his own running and punching things.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Just. Don't try to blow up the entire universe just because you feel like it. He's actually a really easy to get along with person

FOURTHWALLING: He's an OC so it's not possible to know his canon, but I'm not opposed to general fourthwalling.
